Our Story

My Life My Care was born out of frustration and a deep-seated desire for change, fuelled by observing insufficient support coordination and plan management. Experiencing firsthand the unacceptable delays and neglected NDIS needs, we were driven to implement real change. Our commitment to genuinely care for our clients ensures they receive the personalised attention and support they deserve. Equipped with firsthand and lived experience, we recognised the critical need to disrupt this recurring cycle.

Our proactive approach has been fruitful, especially in guiding several clients through the complexities of accessing the NDIS, including understanding eligibility and access - a challenge that many had previously struggled with.
